Registration Procedure for Jr High Swim Team
Participants may only register during the Advance or Open General Registration dates scheduled above. Swimmers must register for the team that corresponds with middles school that they attend and/or the school boundaries in which they live. If that team is full, we will take the swimmers name, e-mail address and phone number. If a spot opens during the Advance Registration dates, all of the swimmers on the waiting list will be informed of open spots. Registration for that spot is first-come-first-served. No registrations will be taken at any time other than the registration dates listed above. Note: During Maintenance Week (November 14-20), registration will be taken from 10am-2pm and 5-7pm only.)

The General Registration date is one week into the program. Swimmers registering during General Registration will be place on their school team if there are openings. But if that team if full, they may register for any other team with an opening. This will be their team for the rest of the season. They will score points and records for the team they are registered for. There will not be any trading to a different team if an opening arises.

This week Gov. Otter signed a bill requiring Idaho to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform. What's your response to this?

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
  • We can't afford to pay for education in Idaho, but we're going to spend tax dollars to sue the feds? Ridiculous.
  • Not sure.
