DIABETES DAY

The first annual Diabetes Day is scheduled for Saturday, November 14th from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at InterMountain Medical Clinic,1951 Bench Rd., Suite B (located in the Highland Medical Park). This free diabetes screening and education is provided as a service to the community to raise awareness of the growing problem of diabetes. Over 17 million Americans are diagnosed with diabetes and another 5.7 million are estimated to have the disease without knowing. Diet and exercise are the keys to preventing diabetes. Regular screening can help catch it early. Take advantage of this opportunity for free diabetes screening and education. Refreshments provided.
